As a member of the BABCP and BACP, I abide by its Ethical Framework, this requires me to continue professional and personal development, and my work is monitored to ensure clinical excellence, whilst maintaining complete client anonymity. I hold professional indemnity insurance and I have an up-to-date criminal record check conducted by the Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Alongside my private practice, I am currently working as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist, within Practitioner Health Programme, an NHS mental health and addiction service for GP's and hospital doctors. I also work for the Employee Assistance Programme and health insurance providers, helping people to deal with anxiety, stress and depression, including work related issues. "Guildford Counsellor" provides short term counselling – on and off work site to increase motivation, improve employees’ wellbeing and increase stress awareness to reduce absences.

I have worked as a High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist for Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, offering individual therapies to a wide range of health issues including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, alcohol and substance addiction.

Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) for Addiction

I have been working as a practicing addiction counsellor at Catalyst, providing support for people dealing with the challenges of their drug and alcohol use. These problems can be a response to various past traumas, anxiety and depression. "Guildford Cousellor and CBT Therapist" offers help and assistance to people to make changes, and provide support for their families, carers and friends who may have been affected by the addiction.

I have had the opportunity to provide counselling at a Christian counselling agency, Emmaus. This has given me the experience to offer confidential counselling and psychotherapy services for people who have needed help with personal problems, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual preference, culture or faith.
